China ( Xiamen ) International Procurement Fair ( referred herewith as  CIFPF ) has already been a brand through 5 years’ efforts , and we have had a stable customes, mature operation patter and good profession prestige . With the high speed development of the food industry and fast rise of food enterprises in Minnan ( South of Fujian ) , CIFPF has welcomed new opportunities . Since 2003 , Xiamen Municipal Trade Development Bureau collaborated the authoritative organization of Chinese food industry and successfully held five sessions international food procurement fair in Xiamen . CIFPF attracted lots of manufacturers, food enterprises, professional buyers from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippine, Indonesia, Korea, NewZealand, Japan, Brunei, Vietnam, Australia, France, Italy, Denmark, the United States and Taiwan, Macao, Hong Kong regions.

CIFPF was regarded as the most professional and effective food fair across Taiwan Straits and No.1 international professional food fair on the southeast coast of China. At the same time, it is one of the four specialized exhibitions supported by the Xiamen Municipal Government, and is also one of  the majormost economy and trade activities in Fujian ranked by Fujian People’s Government, and it has become an important platform of exchanges for China food industry and international food industry . In the 5th CIFPF which held last year, attracted over 600 exhibitors, the display area reached 26000 square meters , and the total booths reached 912 . Now , CIFPF has ranked one of well-known food fairs in China , and it attracted  much attention and participation of lots of famous enterprises and specialized dealers of China .

Under the alliance and the impetus of China Chamber of Commerce of Import & Export of Food Stuffs ,Native Produce & Animal By Products, the 6th China International Food (Xiamen) Procurement Fair will be held from in Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center from June 27, 2008 to June 29, 2008 .
