Why in Jiangsu
Jiangsu Province is the most important international service outsourcing area in China and has a total of 1346 enterprises with 136.7 thousand employees engaged in outsourcing industry. In 2008, the 1346 outsourcing providers won outsourcing contracts worth over $2.442 billion, of which $ 1.861 billion contracts were performed, accounting for 41.8% and 39.7% respectively of China’s total. Among the total 130-million-worth contracts outsourced from offshore, 937 million contracts were performed, ranking first in China as well. Early 2009, Nanjing, Suzhou and Wuxi, three municipal cities of Jiangsu Province were designated as 20 “Chinese National Service Outsourcing Model Cities” by the Chinese central government.
Review of the 1st China International Service Outsourcing Cooperation Conference
With the theme of “Innovation, Cooperation and Win-win the 1st China International Service Outsourcing Cooperation Conference, held in September, 2008 in Nanjing, China, was composed of eight activities, including Thematic Forum on South Jiangsu International Service Outsourcing Industrial Belt, Forum on International Service Outsourcing Talents, etc.
The Conference attracted nearly 20 high quality speakers from United States, Britain, Japan, Sweden, India, Switzerland, Hongkong, Taiwan and mainland China, etc. Over 500 delegates from service outsourcing sectors attended the conference and 95%of the delegates were decision-makers of the enterprises.
The success of the 1st CISOCC received great attentions from service outsourcing sector and has become the leading service outsourcing event in China.

Review of the 2nd China International Service Outsourcing Cooperation Conference
The 2nd China International Service Outsourcing Cooperation Conference, held in Nanjing from 23 to 24 June 2009, is the largest, highest-level, and most fruitful outsourcing in china event.
(Ⅰ)The Global Service Outsourcing Summit
The 12 featured speakers include leading experts and senior executives in global service outsourcing industry and government from US, Japan, Canada, UK, Netherland, Korea and China. The summit covered the topics such as the challenges and opportunities brought by the global economic downturn, service outsourcing experience of global companies, strategies of service outsourcing companies, etc. More than 700 participants joined the forum.
(Ⅱ)Three symposiums
1. Seminar on Chinese Service Outsourcing Policy
11 ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation, Ministry of Science and Technology, National Development and Reform Commission as well as Ministry of Education, released and interpreted the policies and measures to encourage the development of Chinese international service outsourcing.
2. Launching Ceremony of Chinese Service Outsourcing Leading & Growing Enterprises and Forum on “Build Dynamic Chinese Service Outsourcing Brand”
The list of top ten leading and growing Chinese companies in international service outsourcing industry was first released, which was elected by the most authoritive global service outsourcing advisory consulting companies.
3. Seminar of Chinese Economists 50 Forum (Nanjing) ----- The renowned economists in China including Mr. Wu Jinglian, Xu Shanda, Cao Yuanzheng and other famous experts and scholars of China Economists 50 Forum gave lectures on the current Chinese economic hotspots and opportunities of international service outsoucing in China.
(III) Matchmaking meeting——remarkable achievements are made, with fruitful results achieved in undertaking projects outsourced and investment cooperation
62 international service outsourcing buyers held face-to-face meetings with nearly 300 service outsourcing sellers, resulting in an intentional cooperation investment of USD 260 million.
(Ⅳ)Exhibition---National Service Outsourcing Demonstration City, Chief enterprises were showed.
The 10000-square-meter exhibiting space attracted 202 overseas and Chinese companies, 20 Chinese national service outsourcing demonstration cities with over 12000 trade visitors.

Nanjing International Exposition Centre has 8 single-story halls; 1 conference centre integrated with multi-purpose exhibit hall, conference, catering and hotel; 6000nos of international standard booth; 50,000m2 outdoor exhibition.
Jinling Convention Center is located in the key position of the International Expo Center. It takes up 80,000 square-meters. There are 5,000 square-meters multi-functional exhibition hall, 1,960 square-meters hall, 1,300 square-meters ball room,18 well equipped meeting rooms and 17 Chinese, Western restaurants.
